STADTRADELN
STADTRADELN is an international competition that involves cycling on as many climate-friendly trips as possible for 21 days. The Hochtaunus district has been taking part in the competition since 2018. Cyclists can get together in teams to collect kilometres with colleagues, friends or neighbours, or join the open team of their city or community.

Competition "Schulradeln" for schools
"Cycle 3 weeks, score 3 times: for your school, your city, your district", is the motto of the School Cycling Competition that takes place every year parallel to STADTRADELN. During the three-week campaign period, pupils, teachers and parents can collect as many cycling kilometres as possible for their school. Within the schools, school classes can compete with each other and compete as teams for the most cycle kilometres.
The schools with the most cycling activity and the most creative projects and activities related to cycling at school are awarded prizes at the end of the competition. The School Cycling Competition is designed to introduce pupils to the topics of cycling and mobility in a playful way.
